Join us and enjoy the great outdoors!
Who we are
Bad Company Outdoors started with one thing in mind…passion for the outdoors! We come from a small town in Idaho, where the outdoors is a way of life. From agriculture and crops to hunting and motorsports, it's all outdoors. We aim to focus on hunting and fishing but are going to try to include all things outdoors. We also want to start our own movement on conservation. Our goal is to support the conservation effort for ALL things outdoors in a BIG way. This is just a dream. A step towards taking that dream and making it a reality. Let's start by enjoying LIFE IN THE OUTDOORS!
Our goal
After years of being in the outdoors, we used almost every freeze-dried meal available. We noticed there were a lot of things missing. Flavor...nutrition...and just overall good vibes! That's when we decided to start testing our own meals. Through many changes and lots of research, we were able to come up with delicious, whole foods, no preservatives recipes that all taste like home-cooked meals. Then we decided to share with everyone else too!
What we sell
Backcountry Meals
Our meals are homemade from scratch with the freshest ingredients. We locally source as much as possible to support other small businesses in our area. We strive for quality and comfort in our meals, they are whole foods and no preservatives, only the good stuff.
Ice Cream
Reed's Dairy Ice cream in a freeze dried form is a satisfyingly crunchy experience that everyone loves. This packable and shelf stable product can go anywhere you go!
Cheese Curds
Reed’s Dairy’s freeze dried cheese curds come out crunchy and still have that squeak you've come to know and love from fresh curds
Backcountry Stove
Our stoves feature our own induction design that allows you to have more control over the draft of air going in. It has an anti-warp top to make cooking easier over even heat. They hold heat well when stoked up for nighttime and are a great asset to a hot tent setup. It's easy to set it up and carry it around as you can take it down into a stack and it only has a thickness of approximately 4.5”
